Designed in the early days of eco-tourism, a guided tour begins and ends at this beautifully detailed open-air pavilion, museum, and presentation space. Situated in the middle of a fully operational coffee plantation, the pavilion is surrounded by a demonstration planting of the worlds best coffee varieties. Vernacular styled outbuildings provide shelter for machinery and process demonstration areas and the necessary service facilities.
